Artist's Description
Ficus Magnonioide from India who by all accounts were brought to Cadiz by a nun from the missions. Such Religious suffered an illness on her journey back to Cadiz as a result of which she died in the late Hospital of Mora. When she died they decided to plant two ficus in front of the hospital and the rest in the Alameda de Apodaca.
